FITTING
Yes, one fitting session is included for local clients. For online orders, we provide detailed guidance to ensure accuracy.
If the measurements provided were correct and there is still an issue, we offer a free alteration (local customers only). International clients can ship it back for alteration at their own cost.
ACCESSORIES
Yes, we can create matching dupatta, potli bag, belt, or customized embellishments depending on the outfit.
CARE
Most of our outfits require dry cleaning, especially for embroidered or embellished pieces. Fabric-specific care instructions are provided with every order.
We try our best to use dye-fast, high-quality fabrics. Care instructions must be followed to maintain color richness.
PAYMENT
