CARE & INSTRUCTIONS

To preserve the quality, craftsmanship, and longevity of your Sana Mohaiman Couture garment, please follow the care guidelines below:

General Care

• Handle with care to protect delicate fabrics and hand embellishments.
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, deodorants, and sprays.
• Keep away from sharp accessories that may snag the fabric.

Washing

• Dry Clean Only is strongly recommended for all formal, silk, organza, chiffon, and embellished pieces.
• For non-embellished basics (if applicable):
  • Hand wash separately in cold water using a mild detergent.
  • Do not wring, rub, or twist the fabric.

Ironing / Steaming

• Use steam press for best results.
• If ironing is required:
  • Use low to medium heat.
  • Place a thin cloth between the iron and the fabric to avoid heat marks or shine.

Storage

• Store garments in a cool, dry area.
• Use padded hangers to maintain garment shape.
• Keep heavily embellished items in breathable garment bags.
• Avoid folding handworked pieces to prevent damage or creasing.

Fabric-Specific Care

• Silk: Steam only; avoid moisture and direct heat.
• Organza: Handle gently; steam lightly to remove creases.
• Chiffon & Net: Extremely delicate—prevent snagging and stretching.
• Embellished Garments: Do not rub or brush; handle with extra care.
